Dirty Viewfinder

Maybe the title is an exaggeration. I could live with a little bit of dust in the viewfinder, but somehow, I've got a big piece of something in there. It looks like it might be pet dander. It's just one big piece and it's really irritiating. I've tried blowing it out with the air thingy to no avail. If I can't get used to it, can someone point me to a place on the net that will tell me how to clean the viewfinder? I can't find any such place (granted I've only looked for about 15 min.)

Thanks

Did you try to remove the focusing screen and blow out the dust (or whatever) from the screen and from the pentaprism?

Found this video on Youtube awhile back. They're changing a focusing screen on a K10D but I'm sure it'll work on a K20D too. You got to be careful though, the thing holding the focusing screen is fragile, and also your focusing screen is probably too.

Also here's a thread about it on the K100D

The first video is helpful if you have absolutely no idea how to do that
You can stop at 2:15 when he opens the latch - then just blow off whatever's on the other side of the screen, and lock the latch back. The guy's using some uber-weird Pentax tweezers with different tips or whatever - normal ones will do as well.
