Kenko Extension Tube

As Pentax do not make AF extention tubes I'm sure there are users out they that want one and I am sure some of you are aware of this, but FYI:

I purchased a Kenko UniPlus Tube 25DG. It is a 25mm extention tube that works just fine with AF and other lens coupling issues, The nice surprise is that even though they do not mention SDM, it has the contacts and works nicely there as well. Adorama Camera $79.00 USD.

I would also like a 12mm as well but they seem to make it in every mount except Pentax.

I believe those Kenko tubes are old models made for the new (at that time) KAF mount (PZ10, PZ20, PZ1...) cameras, that had the contacts for power zoom (FA28-80, FA 28-105).

Coincidentally (this is one thing I love about Pentax), is that the same power contacts for power zooming are identical to the new SDM power contacts for the new lenses.

Talk about thinking ahead in time
