Dismantling K100D :)


In Czech, unfortunately. The camera being vandalised was dead, having been dropped into the sea.

Hmm... I wonder how the SR would work if i were to turn the camera upside down.

Here's another camera dismantling video. They're attacking a brand new Canon EOS 500D. the video is in swedish though:

Ny Teknik sätter mejseln i systemkameran - NyTeknik

The lens (including IS) disassembled:

Under skalet synar objektivet - NyTeknik

Putting the camera back together again:

Så fick Under Skalet ihop kameran - NyTeknik

If you could translate the whole thing I might be able to tell you which parts I thought I understood before.

Why wouldn't it? It works fine in portrait orientation.
