HELP! Lens stuck

I put a KR mount lens from my old A3000 on my K20D and now I can't dismount the lens! Any help is greatly appreciated.

KR is a Ricoh K-Mount. It has a pin that can get stuck on Pentax cameras. Here is a thread about it with some suggestions on getting the lens off the camera:
