I have a 1.14x eyecup piece. Which means, the K10D viewfinder might make me more happier to look through it. I think that will be important for me. (Since I am wearing glasses
)
I am a Man, I do not care about the extra 100g for weight.
Anyway, let me try both for a while.
Thank you for all the suggestions!
Originally posted by jeffrey r Tough choice. I own the K200 and have never used the K10D, but they are obviously similar cameras. I love the size of the K200D--that counts for something to me. K10 of course has some extra features that the K200 doesn't have. Depending on what may come out to replace the K200, the K200 could end up as a classic affordable weather-sealed camera, in a small form factor, with an excellent sensor and outstanding IQ. The K10 is by all accounts a great camera, but by now has been replaced by the K20 (and now, the K7), and in certain ways by the K200.
Do you think you gain enough by the extra dials and better viewfinder on the K10 to choose that over the K200? Does the form factor matter to you? In the end, only you can weigh all the factors, but when I was deciding between the K10 and K200 a year ago, I chose the K200 and have been extremely happy with it. I doubt I'll ever sell it.
