Something wrong with K20D sensor!!

Hi, Is here anyone who had, or have same problem as i do??
I even can`t describe this problem, but I think something maight be wrong with sensor,... Help! What i have to do?? Look this line on the pics. This blue line !!
and its on every pics!!

far for me to critique other people's photo. But, all sensors will have trouble with snow. It will under expose by as much as 2+ stops. This seems like the case. Unless my monitor isn't set up right

I am sure other people will ask... please post EXIF. To take snow pics, you need to do exp comp to about +2 to start with and go from there. With the fancy K20d, you can shoot bracket and pick the best.

Slow2focus, I don't think he was talking about the image but instead that strange purple line going across his image in the bottom. I've never seen it happen with my K-7 before, you could try going on Pentax Imaging live chat and show them the problem. Customer Support - Official PENTAX Imaging Web Site

Try a different card, preferably a good and fast one, not a knock off. If that doesn't make it go away, you have a repair in your future.

I ll tryed different cards, and i also formatted these, no effect, this purple line is still there!!

Thats not a solution! To use a bracket! and this probleb is not relevant with exp time ether. I tid use a Manual mode and Av mode and this purple line appeared in both case

yeah, maybe this pics is underexposed, but thats not the issue here, i have a several pics wich are shooted in Manual and Av mode, so as I understand Av mode should compensate ( or choose a right exp time) Ether ways there is this purple line on bottom of the frame!!

And changing cards, tidnt gave a effect ether, I even formatted them. One of cards i use is Extreem III 4 Gb Is`nt it fast enough?

Should but doesn't necessarily. The camera doesn't know where you are pointing it, you might point it at a bright area of the scene which will cause your camera to compensate to give you an under exposed image.
You're not showing or telling us anything that will enable us to help you.
Try posting an image that is correctly exposed accompanied with a crop to show this purple line.

No Raud, what he was saying is that some cards will develope an issue... If it is the same with two freshly formatted cards, and showing up on all the pics, then you have a sensor issue.

And it will need to be repaired.

Looks like a hot pixel. Did you try pixel mapping in the setup menu? Worth a trip to Pentax camera service it seems.

yes I tid this pixel mapig op also, It tidnt help.
I had this problem once earleyer time, than i was shooting some bellydancers event in the dark, and than I was thinkind that its because of high ISO, but probably it wasnt. in the meantime there was no problem, even in the dark, with exp 30" untill today! It was sunny and snow, enough light i think!
