Pentax K-5 - the Hello Kitty Limited Edition

Okay, so I was bored today.

I keep waiting for Pentax to release the special Hello Kitty edition of the K-5, but got tired of waiting and bought a normal black one instead.

But ... I decided to bling it.

My first attempt was an EPIC FAIL - had to redo the Hello Kitty face!

I really like the beads over lens mount + the strap. Black with pink details look suprisingly good.

I think the rows of pink beads on the sides of the flash would look even better if mixed with clear ones. If you're good with a painting brush you could always pant the hello kitty face on the flash, to avoid it falling off ^^. Not sure if that would mix well with the beads though...

You didn't pull out the bedazzler and do the strap too??

If my wife did that to our K-5 I would be forced to purchase the Silver Limited and keep it under lock and key.

I agree! Doing that to a K-5 is just plain wrong on so many levels.
