K-5 and digital filters

It took me some time to find just that one picture and set of filters that made me happy. A lot of people think that al these filters are a wast of money and just there to camouflage lack off other new and usefull features. Well I think that they are cool and once you have discovered how to use them you can make something nice out of them.

Picture taken last saturday with my K-5 Silver and FA*85mm/f1.4. In RAW, incamera development to jpg with reversal film look. Then some filters on it,bit of extra contrast, some postarasation and just a little pensil to it.

In Elements I just made a little thing disapear.

Simone, leadsinger for #Giggut

So I want them in my next camera and if possible, even some new ones.

I rarely like these things, but this is pretty cool. The subject should love it. If you know her, I bet she wants a copy.

Nice pic Ron!!!!

I use the IR digital filter on occasion, I use a combo of the "HDR" and "Color Extraction" quite a bit, gives a nice effect. This one here - shot the image, Color Extracted on the "Red", then applied the "HDR" filter, pulled from camera then minor adjustments in LR, then sized. Used the 8mm FE lens for this one:

Playing around with color filtering...first red, second, purple.

It's probably nothing which can't be done with PP software, but still it could prove fun.

That is even very descent. I tried these a few times, but you need a good picture to start with that singles out a few colours.
