Keep in mind this is a tough scene !
Lot's of dark areas and most of the scene is out of focus, the globe, the color patches in front, even the Kodak chart in the back. For me this is a bad ISO test, they should have done it with the lens at higher f/number or at least to position the objects in the same plane.
Also the "sharpness" setting in the camera is on "SOFT" ?! I have no idea why. And I bet if these were shot on RAW and converted via a raw software, the high iso results would be a lot nicer.
Even so, I run the 6400 image into noiseware and the results look very good, the hair on the doll and her cloth look detailed after noise reduction, only downside is the rabbit who loses detail in the fur.
