Oly left the pro market long before digital. They left with the advent of autofocus SLR's. Which is a shame, a Digital Olympus OM would be an awesome camera. But, don't assume 24x36 will always be a pro format. It won't be. There will be sub $2000 FF DSLR's sooner or later (probably sooner). And for those of us non-pros that rarely ever use telephoto lenses a $1500 ff dslr vs a $1100 APS-C DSLR is an easy choice. And we may very well have that choice to make in 2011.
IMO the pro vs amateur market is not simply going to be a matter of sensor size in DSLR's, its going to be about camera type. I imagine a great number of current entry level owners (most I know only own the kit lens) will switch to mirrorless cameras after their DSLR's wear out.
