Looking for some images taken with the FA 20-35mm F4

I've seen the ones tagged in flickr, pbase and here. Would like to see more.

Thanks.

I'll see what I can dig up. Easily my most-used lens, and the best zoom I have tried.

Nick

Thanks....that film scan looks superb. The first is an incredible scene, but with the jpeg artifacts (?) and the downsizing it is difficult to evaluate.

It sounds like you like this lens very mucg. It is quite small, but in the second hand maret one can get the 16-45 or even the DA 17-70 SDM for less. But, this lens sure has many fans as per the review section.

If you have more to share, would love to see them.

Thanks.

It's hard, as most shots I can easily recall with this lens are wide angle scenics, which don't downsize that well, but lose impact when cropped. I use it all the time for indoor candids as well, with a bounce flash, but can't quite recall where best to find samples. I need a better file system! Well. here's a few:

ps. I can email you some larger copies if you want!

Oh! that last shot had convinced me ....I was looking for a wider, smaller alternative for the FA*28-70 to take indoor family shots. 20-35 will be ideal for that. Thanks.

I would like see a larger file of that first shot to see how it does for scenes like that, I will pm me my e-mail.

You can check out the Offricial Pentax Photo Gallery. I have a number of photos there which were taken with the FA20-35/4. It's my main landscape/street lens.
