So a little survey on wich lenses members of this forum have in their camerabag. The only choices to make are lenses wich Pentax currently has in production. So all you people with legacy glasses, enjoy them but this thread is about spending money on lenses and not for making an inventory about lenscollection's.

This thread is also part off the survey to spend R&D budget by Hoya. There are several threads about lenses we want or what would be great to have in camera bag.

You have the freedom to choose everything on the list, but the question is to look really carefully in your camera bag wich lenses that you own at the time.

For some lenses there are more choices.

For FA Ltd, it doesn't make a difference if you have MIJ or MIV in black or silver.
For DA Ltd, it doesn't make a difference if you have a black or a silver version.
For DA 100mm/f2.8 macro it doesn't matter if you have the old DA version without WR or the new one with WR, since that is just a matter of time of purchase.
For the zooms (18-55, 50-200 and 55-300) it doesn't matter if you own a DA, DA-L or a DA-WR version since they probably aren't moneymakers for Pentax.

Little mistake in the poll!
It says DA*300mm/f2.8 where it should state DA*300mm/f4!

I forgot to select the 18-55 WR... any way to edit that? Or someone who doesn't have it might vote for me

putting this message is enough for some corrections. You didn't forgot an important lens, and your 21mm is entered wich makes a bigger difference.

Should the FA50 1.4 be on that list? I thought it was still in production??

None of the list are in my bag (unfortunately) unless the FA50 gets added... All my other lenses are either 3rd party or 'F'&'M' versions... The 18-50kit now lives in a box and the 50-200wr only comes out when I know I'll need more reach than the F35-70...

well living in a box means that you purchased it.

I handled Dimitrov's list and that say's it is out off production, so I think mainly New Old Stock is in shops.

If Hoya ring me up and tell me that they made a 'huge mistake' and my K-x should have been sold with a 35mm ltd (or any other ltd lens..) I shall not quarrel... :-)

Well I allways bought body-only and never payd for a kitlens.

They also have been turning out the FA 35/2 and FA 20-35mm.

That doesn't mean anything. It is in fact in production. He went nearly 2 years before the recent update.

Edit: One other thing, the DA* 300mm is f4 not f2.8. That is wishful thinking.

BH, Adorama, and Pentax Imaging keep getting supplies of them in. They also got in some FA 35 and FA 20-35.

I handled Dimitrov's list and that say's it is out off production, so I think mainly New Old Stock is in shops.
