Tokina AT-X PRO lens club.

This tread is just for Tokina AT-X Pro lenses...why?

Well first of all there is not so many threads for these fine lenses. Anywhere. I have been looking for information of these lenses and just something from there and there. They are rare lenses.

Second, I have bought one and I'm really impressed by it. I has some quirks and flaws, but it makes it more unique that bad.

So, enough of talk let's play.

I have (so far) just one lens.

Tokina AT-X Pro 235 20-35/2.8.

Nice shots Jack! I like colored versions too. Tones are quite what to expect this lens, Really nice work.

It is quite nice, I'd say. It's big and sharp when stopped down. Hard to find. But not as hard as some of pentax old FF lenses. So far I like mine!

I have a Tokina 28-70mm 2.6-28 that was my daily lens for years. I stopped using it due to its weight and slow auto-focus, plus it was not wide enough for me when i went digital. I now use a 16-45mm for day to day use, and a 16-50mm 2.8 for high quality stuff.

Also a happy owner of a ATX-Pro 20-35 f/2,8 since three and a half years. I´m absolutely delighted with its sharpness and vivid colours. And moreover it is build like a tank. Hope it will be not the last ATX- Pro in my collection.
Some examples of shots with such a wonderful lens in different places ( Northwest of Spain and also Praha in Czech Republik ).

Great shots, welcome to the club! Really good examples! I hope tha mine very same model will not be the last too. Your bridge shot is really good. Ilove the others too. Great colors at all of them.
