Any Vivitar (or Cosina?) XV 135mm f/3.5 knowledge?

Hi. I could buy this old but unused (!?) manual lens quite cheaply from a seemingly good source. However, I fail to find any real information on it. It is a K bayonet lens. All the info I find here or elsewhere is about M42 lenses and a f/2.8 version.

Anyone? Thanks.

Detective work tells me it might be a rebadged Cosina. Does that help?

Do you have a picture of said lens? That would be helpful in identifying it. The latter made Vivitars (Cosina made) models start with either the # 0 or 9.

Wow, you've just revived an old thread from last year. My lens SN starts with a 9 so I figured it's a Cosina. I had actually almost forgot about it totally as manual focus and 135mm may just not be for me and it was just in my camera bag. Anyway, I snapped some quick and dirty ones. So, do you know anything more about this lens?

I have this lens too. I haven't used it much, IQ is OK but I don't think it is anything special. Mine looks just the same and is Cosina made too, construction and finish are just like other Cosina lenses I own. I may have to take it out to play now to remind myself what its like.
