Ultimate Hong Kong Time Lapse HD

This is my tribute to Hong Kong. Taken during Nov-Dec 2009. 2,500 digital stills (Pentax K-7, 6 Megapixels images), all photoshopped & edited into a 4.5 minute time lapse video using Vegas Video 5.0. So turn down the lights, turn up the sound, & watch it in glorious HD on YouTube, large size if your computer can handle it.

Was the zooming / panning done during PP?

Nice sequence, providing a snapshot of Hong Kong.

All the zooming/panning were done in Vegas Video. I don't know if you noticed all the transitions between scenes, especially where the building matched up - it would have been impossible to do that without post production.

Great work, Hong Kong and Sydney Australia are my two favorite cities to visit. I stayed at the JW Marriott that was next to Pacific Place Mall. It looks like the 118 story International Commerce Center is complete now.

This is brilliant work - love the filter work, posterisation and sumi-e. Fantastic - hope to be in Hong Kong in a couple of weeks and now I can leave my camera behind!!!

Watched it twice - Full HD sound up high 24inches wide - if only all You tube videos had this level of production values and creativity.

Highly recommeneded.

Thanks Arjay, high praise indeed. If I were you, I'd bring the camera anyway when visiting HK, you'll regret it if you don't :-)
