[SOLD] Tamron 18-250mm - Minty! :-)

Tamron Zoom Wide Angle-Telephoto AF 18-250mm f/3.5-6.3 Di-II LD Aspherical IF Macro Autofocus Lens. It is in excellent condition, but I have decided to use my Pentax 16-45mm and 50-135mm lenses.

Lens comes as pictured, with original box and contents. It also includes a UV filter.

This lens sells for between $450 and $500 on B & H and FleaBay. It is in excellent condition and I consider it a bargain at $395 including shipping in US. Other countries contact me for shipping costs.

Price reduced: $370 including shipping in US.

This has a three year warranty that has 2 1/2 years left on it. I can help with the warranty repairs if the need arises.

How about $370 shipped? This is the lowest price I can offer. This lens also has a three year warranty that has 2 1/2 years left on it. I can help with the warranty repairs if the need arises. The Pentax version of this lens is selling on this forum for $15 more.

Someone snap it up ... this is cheap indeed for this lens.
If I had the spare cash at the moment I'd buy it just for reach as a walk-around.

Gokenin, MrApollinax,

As you can see, I am refining my kit so that I doubt that I will be purging any more after this sale. Although I will have an aluminum monopod with a ball head for sale shortly for about $40 (just in case anyone is interested! )

Anyway, it is tough getting to this point in my kit. I have bought, tried, and sold about 80% of my purchases over the last 7 months. I figure that I probably lost about 25% or so in the PayPal or EBay fees and lower sales prices. All in all, I am happy to have done it the way that I have. I have learned much from my purchases and trials with these lenses - and more from the folks on this forum.

Most people on this forum have been very patient and helpful with me. Yes, there are a few squirrels that shall remain unnamed. But overall everyone has been very patient with me.

I appreciate everyones help in my journey from the film format (SP500, K1000, FM2, 645) to the digital SLR format. I left film for many years after I closed my portrait studio 15 years ago, but my interest in photography wouldn't die. Thanks to everyone here, I have learned a great deal - again!
