A friend of mine past away and I inherited his photo gear.

I will accept any reasonable offer, but I am the one to decide whether or not it is reasonable .

Paypal ONLY Unless other arrangements are made. But I prefer paypal.

Oh ya it is first come first serve. Most of the lenses are like new. But I will take pictures if you like.

So far this has been overwhelming, so bear with me if I don’t get back to you immediately. If you and another are interested in the same product at my asking price it will be the first to e-mail me rather than a bidding war. Unless of course you want to pay more than my asking price in your email. I don’t know if I covered everything but if not we can work out the details as needed.

I am doing this this way for a number of reasons, but the biggest is I don’t type well this paragraph took over ½ hours. So you can see why I don’t want to list each item individually. Thanks, Ben

IMPORTANT TO KEEP THIS SMOOTH:

Please use this email address instead of PM's
bfk4@gorge.net (paypal address)

Please put at least one of the items you are looking for in the subject line.

Even though Paypal has the address, Please include your shipping address and phone in the email if you want the item. It just helps me keep things straight.

I must ask what has to be a typical NooB question: Are these screw mount lenses compatible with the "Pentax Mount Adapter K (p/n 30120)"?

Only reason I ask, is I'm getting confused amount Tamron's "T-Mount", which I gather has a different pitch than Pentax M42 (which is what the adapter ring is I think)

Thanks!

The Pentax K mount to M42 will work on most of these lenses. They have the standard M42 mount on them. A Tamron T mount has what appears to be the same thread as the m42 but the pich is thicker. So the M42 to k mount adapter (like the kalt above) does not fir. So you use the appropriate Tamron T adapter for the camera you have. It might ne a T to M42 or a T to K mount adapter. Tamron's idea was their lenses could fit on any brand just using the adapter to fit the brand of camera. Works well but as cameras became more complex, they abandoned the idea.

T-Mount confusion

I thought I would make things worse? There are three set screws on most T-mount adapters which allow the removal of the threads. This allows the mount to go onto lenses that have no threads at all. From what I have been able to find out this may have been the "first" t-mount what I have come to call the plain (no threads) T-mount of which I have 3 lenses. I admit that the whole "T-mount" issue has me confused and I think everyone who knows exactly what is what these T-mounts, T-2-mounts, T-4-mounts and TX mounts are supposed to be called and there meaning are all dead. My 2 cents.

I've got a question about this item....

1 Minolta mount to M42 Bower $10.00

I've got a couple of older prime Minolta lenses. Will this allow these lenses to mount on my Pentax with my K mount / M-42 adapter?

Sorry, other way around. Like lots of great Pentax/Takumar glass. These lenses are being used on other camera brands with adapters like this.
