This lens comes with a funny story.

I bought a copy of this lens in the forums two years ago and then lost it somewhere - I didn't know if it was stolen or if I had misplaced it or what. So after about a year of it not showing up, I bit the bullet and bought another one a couple weeks ago. After leaving the seller feedback, I start looking for somewhere to store the lens box and remembered I had stored some camera stuff in the bottom drawer of a dresser in a closet. Guess what I found when I opened the drawer? That's right, my original Tamron 70-200.

Obviously, I completely forgot I ever put it in there.

I don't need two, so this one is back on the market.

I'll repeat what the previous owner listed:

I would like to add that internal dust is normal in this lens and occurs very rapidly. I had internal dust after about a week with my brand new copy. Still takes great pictures though!

Seems a little odd with it being internal focusing, but it happens.

Mine has some dust in it as well. Still takes great photos! My go-to lens for most, (which is odd but true)

If you're in a place in life where you can loose a 70-200 and not worry about it, then you're one lucky guy.

This came a few months too early for me, otherwise I could have considered it.
