Some shots with the K-30 from my annual pilgrimage down to Queenstown for snowboarding.

I have more, just no time at moment.

Great series from a wonderful location. Brings back memories. Looks like you had slightly better weather at Milford Sound than we did a few years ago

Wow, great images! The camera and lens did a beautiful job on the colours and details. Great compositions. A beautiful and enticing series. I look forward to seeing your other images.

Great shots! Is the sensor bigger in the K-30 than the K-x?

Or.. did you use photoshop to stich a panoramic view on the 2nd image?

The K-30 sensor is a 16MP Sony unit as used in the K-01 (K5 sensor with minor variations afaik). Panoramic stitched using freeware software, goes by the name of autostitch.

Some more, since i'm home now - an amazing array of weather and scenery on the way home.

Few more poking around the place, but that'll do

I spent some time in this area in 1980's and haven't been back since. But it's at the top of the bucket list. We had Milford Sound on a blue sky day but I like your image better than mine. Always like to see more pictures of New Zealand! Keep them coming.
