Hi All,

I am a new user here and was encouraged to post some of my photos in the welcome thread.
I'm a little bit 'nervous' due to the high quality of pictures posted here, but thought I would give it a go. CC is most welcome.

Here are some pics taken from Australia day (26 Jan) this year, from Mindarie Marina here in Perth, Western Australia. At this stage my K200D was only a few days old..

Fireworks were done with a tripod and 30sec shutter. All with K200D and 18-55mm kit lens

Very nice pictures. Love the colors of the fireworks. Great results from a new camera. Keep them coming.

nice work Fireworks are exellent. you may have lost some detail with the darkness in the first though.

I really like the fireworks images. So well composed and balanced, even for the colours.
