a street parade is usually held here in HK during the first day of the CNY (chinese new year) & i happen to be there altough it was 9 degress C & the wait was about 3~4 hours since you have to be there early to get a good spot.

lights where harsh from green to pink to yellow coz of the spotlights they where using. all shot with *ist DL + Kit Lens @ ISO1600 Manual WB No flash :D

hmmmm i wonder how they do this :D
BTW this are real children

Taken here in Tai O in HK, this is one remote place that takes about an hour to get to from Tung Chung MTR (from TST MTR it also takes about an hour to get to Tung Chung) & this setting was close to the sea. This was a group shot of PPcHK, any guys from HK here?

i'll have a look Tom, thanks.

These MF lenses are a joy to use but as the years goes by it also puts strain in the eyes & shooting sometimes become tiresome ;)

some of my friends here are saying, keep them till the FF comes out then decide lol even the 80-200 f4.5 push-pull is a good one but sometime it slides in or out without you noticing it while framing/ focusing
