Thank you!
I saw a similar portrait on flickr and I decided to try a similar set. For an adult's face the first extension tube is enough. I was really close, approximately 60 cm/2 feets from her and focus was set close to infinite. I hardly could place the tripod because I had not too much place between the lamps. :D
Unfortunately those lamps are not mine but my friend's. I would like to try more close-up portraits. :) On an another picture I focused not directly to eye but more like to nose/eyebrows and it seems to me more surface of face were there in the shallow depth of field zone. But she was blinking so I can't judge whether it would work without the magic of super-sharp iris. :P

Close to my flat I found a high contrast theme - both visually and philosophically.

Unfortunately I overdeveloped the film that ruined most of the pictures on the roll. This one is one of the few exceptions.

I recently entered to the world of medium format. I think it wasn't a bad decision but I felt differently when I spent my whole salary to the gear. :P
This is self-developed and self-scanned and it was shot on MEDIAWAVE that is a music / film / ethno hybrid festival in Komárom, Hungary.

I recently bought a 67 camera ( \o/ ) and it arrived without this shutter speed adapter ring. I'm going to try to model a ring and have it printed. In the town, I live I found a 3D printer service: ~0,7 $/1 cm^3. Sounds like a cheap solution. ^^ I hope that I can manage it. If I succeed I'll show the results and share the printable file.

I joined a local group and attended their first photo walk event in the centre of Brno. This is my favourite picture from this roll.

Workers would have been females but the queen's feromon blocks them and they got less royal jelly than queen so they can't be evolve completely.

Sometimes when the queen get lost from beehive some of the workers started to lay eggs. But the fake queens can't maintain the hive and sooner or later it collapses. In that state the hive could only produce drones...

I haven't croped anything yet but I think I'll consider it when I enlarge some paperprints. Thank you for the advice! :)

It attended my colleague's concert and my camera was there by chance. I haven't take any concert shot on film and I didn't suppose good result because I had ISO100 film (Fuji Neopan Across 100) and I hadn't got a tripod there. I think it was worth concentrating and waiting for the good moments because of this two pictures (and to sacrify ~half roll of film for the experience)

Hi
Two years ago I was about visiting to Prague for the third time in my life and since I have never got a camera I was thinking about borrowing one from a friend to take some shots in that beautiful city. I got a K-r for that weekend and I really liked it. Since I knew that my friend'd bought a newer Pentax body I didn't give the camera back but asked whether he wanted to sell it. :) That is the story how I started.

Fortunately I'm surrounding friends who have film cameras as well, I could use their cameras and mini photo lab so before I entered the analogue photography I could have some experience. Now I have a K1000 camera that has become my main camera. I really like to take photos on fully manual mode and enjoying the total control of my camera, the film material and creating positive pictures.

Last summer I participated an analogue photographer workshop as one of the organizers in a Hungarian student festival in Slovakia. We worked with ~15 people who could freely joined the teamwork. They came with their parent's or grandparent's old timer film cameras, most of them have never had any experience before. That was the funniest and the most tiring week of my life. Check us on
