Looks like decentering to me. Was the lens ever dropped? Does the zoom/ focus ring turn alright?

A Pentax fullframe DSLR I want to see (and have)

I wanted to make myself a post like this for some tome now...
Anyways, personally I would go even further in shaving off tech: drop AF-but leave the AF assist, possibly like the one on the ME-F.
No Ibis
24 mp ff sensor, for awesome low light capabilities
No screen - but a possible link to the phone screen via wifi.
And most important of all ( and most difficult to implement):
A winding mechanism for the shutter, kinda like the Epson rd-1.
This would make it an interesting camera across the whole spectrum of photograpers.
I think of it more like a film camera with an incorporated digital back rather than a stripped down dslr

Pentax MX meter

I had two coppies of the mx, and the older one did this when it was cold. A slight movement in farming and the leds would jump unexpectedly. It might bw the old meter unit IMO.

Poll: Are film cameras pizza or Damascus Steel? Best of Pentax Forums Feb. 14 poll

As someone who repairs cameras and lenses for a hobby, I can say I'm constantly in awe of the ingenuity of these type of mechanisms. they seem simple at first but they are very complex and well thought through. It is definitely a Damascus steel, or a swiss watch.

Pentax Pc35af and fomapan 100. The pc35 is easily the most silent and conspicuous point and shoot one can bring.

FA 80-320mm infinity focus

1. put your camera and lens on a tripod, extend lens to320 and focus on something Far Far away(the lens is capable of distinguishing between distances even 1 km away).
2. put camera on live view, with peak focus on.
3. dislodge the clamps that fold the barrel to the focus ring, without taking them off.
4. keeping the focus ring fixed rotate the barrel until you see clear focus on the screen, press ok to zoom in for better view.
(bonus) 5. I would go and push the barrel a notch over infinity, just to make up for further possible distances, and assembly tolerances, it doesn't do any harm other then pushing minimal focus a tad further, but it's vistually un-noticeable.
6. check lens for back or forth focus after the procedure, and fix it.

Nothing grasps the concept of a vintage SLT like the lines of the spotmatic, it really is the epitome of it.

On a trip over the danube while in Budapest the mist started to turn into dew at some point in the evening. I took that boat trip especially for pictures of the city from the river. After a 30 minute session around the deck, I returned inside, both me and my K-30 drenched. The camera was fine and I got the pictures I wanted. All the other tourist who had a Dslr on their necks hurried up an hid it under their raincoats.

Oh got, you should put a warning on top for the horrific picture. I'm sorry for the mishap. I hope you can fix the screen, since the rest of the camera seems to be ok.

Congratulations on your acquisition and welcome to the club. it seems to me you only miss the Fa-2 viewfinder, good luck trying to find it though.
I cant explain what a game changer this is for your shooting, I jokingly call it Pentax's Leica with my friends.
Good luck and cant wait to see more of your awesome videos!

(that reminds me - I should show some more love to my beloved LX)

You are going to need a soft expandable adhesive, like the one for the shoes. It has worked for me.
