Have come upon some unforeseen medical troubles and need to get rid of my whole system to pay bills.
Up for sale is my LIKE NEW Rokinon 14mm f2.8 Lens. The K-1 was basically crafted for landscape and astro photography, and this full-frame lens is its perfect companion. This lens is FF compatible, has the A setting and manual focus. The quality you get from the lens is fantastic and this copy is perfect. I'm sad to see it go!
It's in marvelous condition... no dust, fungus or any of that stuff. It's like brand spanking new.
The lens includes all original caps, manuals, hood, and box.
Really hoping I can move this quickly. Thanks for taking a look!

Have come upon some unforeseen medical troubles and need to get rid of my whole system to pay bills.
Up for sale is my LIKE NEW Pentax DA* 55 mm f/1.4 SDM Lens. As some of you know, this lens is one of the sharpest Pentax has ever made. The quality is amazing. It also works quite well on the K-1 with very little vignetting, if any.
It's in marvelous condition... no dust, fungus or any of that stuff. It's like brand spanking new. I will say that the ONLY blemish is that the silver on the word PENTAX on the front original cap is chipping. The lens itself is in fantastic condition.
The lens includes all original caps, hood, and box.
Really hoping I can move this quickly. Thanks for taking a look!

Is there an explanation why Sigma doesn't offer their full lineup in K-Mount?
Why pick and choose? I've already met plenty of Pentax shooters who would absolutely jump on a 24-70 Art Series lens, for example.
Does it really make that much of a difference in R&D to offer it in another mount?

That may very well be the case. I sold it on and stayed without a normal prime. I decided that if there wasn't something ready to sell by CP+ I would just pick up the 43mm ltd.
After I saw this announcement, I went over to the marketplace and someone had just listed a 43mm in mint condition, so I snapped that sucker up.

These were the exact pictures I looked at before I bought the lens. When I tried it on my K1 the results were not the same. Was very unhappy.
But I'm totally okay with others finding it useful. Not looking to start a fight – just wasn't for me.

Might be the case, but that is just the most extreme example. Vignetting was substantial stopped down as well.
Everyone's got different requirements – for me, it was just too much to be acceptable.
Also the DA*55 isn't a film lens, I don't think.

Don't remember exactly, but I bought the lens on Amazon and returned it after a day.
I saw that people on the forum were saying it was good to go on FF but nothing could be further from the truth... unless you want all your pictures to look like old-timey saloon portraits.

I bought the 55 and the vignetting on FF is bad. Unusable in infinity focus between 1.4 - 3.5.
