I've shopped for used lenses a few times in Tokyo. My favorite store is MAPcamera by Shinjuku station. They had one of the best pentax selections I've seen and good prices. It's about 20 minutes from Tokyo station which is by the Imperial Palace. Kitamura camera is also in the same area but their selection is smaller. I also like Akihabara Nisshin camera which is in Akihabara, the electronics district. Don't forget to bring your passport and you can get stuff duty free which is about 8% off.
