Great shot. The most unbalanced symmetry on anything I've ever seen!

This is interesting. I'm going to look back at some of mine on this combo. I've never noticed the vignetting.

A camouflage waterproof cover that fits over the lens and body in one. It's replacing the neoprene cover that I don't like.

I've had this on some of mine, but it's only when it's a bright reflective background, like water, or wet foliage on trees at. Pretty sure that's what you are seeing here.

That Psion should easily cover the costs! Nice find. Our boot fairs never have anything like.

Interestingly enough, I've just asked about this on another forum a couple of days ago. I have wondered how effective the in camera noise reduction is, and whether it may add noise. I have only ever had it switched on for anything above 800 though. I never add blurring, or anything much really, just a bit of darken for contrast. I've never had the time or patience to learn photoshop etc.

I agree, as it's the same on 2 bodies it's not likely to be a camera setting/calibration issue. I've never had an issue at 450 on mine. Most of the time I shoot that range.

Thanks for that. I too hoped they would release it, or Pentax would possibly make it under licence, like the 18-270. Sadly not. Looking forward to the extra reach.
