I have a small wooden cabinet the door it's sealing it. Just getting gear from it every day or so is enough to keep air movig. Also i run a dehumidifier in the house anyway so it's low enough to not allow mold.

Forgot to mention, but that's the difference that made me post. I have a g95, it's a fantastic camera, and yet new with a 12-60 lens it goes for less than a gx9 used. They have the same sensor and overall performance, small differences other than form factor.

Could be just that the market is too small. Maybe a new camera would cost even more, similar to how the 35mm film market is. But it still strikes me funny that after all this push for giant lenses and large mirrorless cameras, turns out there was a demand small cameras after all. Also note all my examples below have similarly small lenses to go with, does not make much sense otherwise
A few examples:
- Pentax KP, used is just under the price it was when discontinued and it's a six year old camera ($650 used, about $750 when on sale)
- Fuji E series cameras are all out of stock and used prices are well over the intro price (E4 is $1100 used vs $850 MSRP)
- Panasonic Lumix m4/3 models, all smaller rangefinder cameras, for example 1) GX1, when I bought it a couple years ago it was $100 and now it's closer to $200. It's a camera released in 2012. 2) GX9 is as or more expensive used than it was new (released 2018)
- Ricoh GR III is out of stock in many places, it's not too old nor that old, but still used prices are very similar to MSPR and out of stock usually
Edit: another thing, if not new models, then why not just keep making the old ones if they'd sell?

Quite small in the frame but those white alpine zone flowers make the image much more interesting imo. Gr 3 and wide converter after a moderate hike R0005446 by Adrian _aaacb, on Flickr

I only record video of my family, so video is not in the "serious" area as with stills. The main one, and it's not prevented me from using pentax for video, is the lack of usable autofocus in video, so I end up manually focusing with peaking. I don't mean perfect tracking every time, I'm perfectly happy with my contrast-based panasonic m43. That being said, I don't want it improved at the expense of other work, imo video AF would be the last thing to focus on for DSLR, it's not why I'm using one and alternatives are very easy (phone or m43 for me)
