Those photos make me wish I could own a K-1. :(
Where do you guys get Pentax gears? The only place I know is Funan and Sim Lim. Plus Funan is closing down soon. :(

The problem with a rubber flap is that it doesn't produce a 'click' feedback when closed like the other doors. It tends to throw off a lot of people who aren't used to it.
The flap position doesn't affect performance and functionality in any way. It's just OCD senses kicking in.

Hi, Pentaxians! :)
I'm a student taking photography as a hobby.
Yes, I have missed the glorious Pentax film era.
Hence, my first proper camera is the *ist D. :p
It's quite a challenging camera to start off with.
Now I'm shooting with K-01 and I bring it everywhere I go. :D
I also experimented with a couple of lenses and I love them.
Oh, and I can't wait to get my hands on the K-1, my dream camera since it's announcement. :asleep:
Anyways, I came to gain and share knowledge about Pentax and photography.
I can't wait to get started! :D
