Could be, but it doesn't change the fact that Pentax is badly represented. If you have to go to the right shop to find Pentax product, it means you already know you want to buy Pentax. Someone going in a big camera store looking for cameras to compare and try will end up with a Canikon without having seen one Pentax product.

Thanks, didn't know about these adapters. But not for me anyway, as I'm interested in shift only, for architectural shots.
I have found that Fotodiox makes shift adapters, but only for Canon or Nikon lenses..
Fotodiox Professional Photography Supplies and Equipment
So if I have to buy a MFT + adapter + ultra-wide Canon / Nikon lens, I'm not sure the result will be worth the investment.

Unfortunately, there's no timer in the K-5 in bulb mode. I cannot understand why this feature was never added to Pentax DSLRs, I really hope it will come with the new cameras.

Damn, more rumors?! And I am preparing myself mentally to switch to Canon for the tilt-shift lens... Now if Pentax brings a FF in September, one can dream further and imagine a tilt-shift lens in K mount.

LR3 used to work quick and smooth on my laptop with 8GB RAM. LR4 is sluggish as hell, I can't use 2nd monitor or every mouse gesture will shoot CPU to almost 100%. Exporting many pictures at once (40+) causes LR to hang.
Another issue I'm having is that the Auto-Tone function makes a lot of my pictures way too bright, when they looked just fine with Auto-Tone in LR3....

Interesting... I've updated to 1.13 last week (from 1.12) but didn't really pay attention to the AF... I will do some testing with my 16-50 DA* as it didn't always focus perfectly in low light. We'll see if it's better with 1.13. :)

I'm curious to see if it's a K-5 in a new dress (or skirt in this case), or if the electronics and AF have evolved. Looks better than a NEX if you ask me. :)

I know some DA lenses are FF compatible therefore most of (if not quasi all) DA lenses should work on APS-H, but the border quality will probably be very low anyway..

I like every single lens I have, but most are basically just sitting there... When I take my camera bag for a tour I choose up to 5 lenses max, and rarely one of these oldies, even if they are fun to play with. :)

2012 will probably be a decisive year for the future of Pentax. Users are eager to see what is Ricoh going to do with it and what direction Pentax as a brand will go. At the same time Canon (and probably Nikon too) will bring new FF cameras on the market.
If there is no FF from Pentax in 2012 I guess I will swith to Canon, even if I love my K-5 and the Pentax ergonomics. But don't start to hate me yet: I will keep my old K1000 (film) and my 67. :)
