Thank you for your help. I have seen some intervalometers for sale on B&H that reference Pentax (and Cannon) and provide the sub mini connection. Will let you know how I make out with the one I purchase.

Hi. I have a Pentax K-5 IIs and would like to use it for astrophotography. To control vibration, as well as shutter timing, I am interested in purchasing a intervalock. Has anyone purchased one, and what do you recommend that works with Pentax cameras?
