The thing i cant understand is This solenoid problem was known is k30s,why did Pentax keep using these solenoids in ks1 ks2 even in k70?

Hi friends,i want to ask you about one of my friends question,he doesnt know english so im gonna try to tell you his problem,he has k-1 and godox tt600 flash and xt2 trigger for pentax,he cant fire the flash 1/200 or faster.(slower than 1/200 is ok).The lens is sigma 170-500.what things should he check on?

i have had aperture block symptoms(one or two underexposed photos when the camera just started) when sigma 17-50 f2.8 mounted.Now i got my kitlens on my ks2 for a few days and no symptoms.is it maybe kitlens aperture needs less torque?
wrong alarm : underexposed pics continue with kitlens too

Thank you very much for the quick response,i have also k100d,its solenoid would work properly in ks2?And after that repair wiil i able to use my k100d with m manuel lenses?

i can feel that my five years old ks2s solenoid will die soon.Buying green solenoid again would just be waste of time and money?White ones 5x more expensive than green ones.

im also using k100d ks2 and k5iis for wedding shots,To me k100d produces excellent skin tones (maybe thats why medium format producers insisted on ccd sensors for a long time)

sigma has very good sharpness even at f2.8,but very poor aganist brightlight(very bad flare patterns)

i have got kodak retina iiic,excellent machine with a nice 50mm f2.0 schneider kreuznach lens,still working but lightmeter died.

As time goes by in photography those internet pages comes very ridiculous,Lightening,composition,and model posing would become your musts.Even pentax 18-55 kit lens does great job.

Backlight causes some low resolution at the top of the mountain,other than that everything seems ok to me.

Sigma 17-50 is realistic,Da limiteds are artistic.(in terms of microcontrast and color rendition)but the difference is very minor,only keen users can be aware of that fact.

Hi Friends,i always shot in raw and postproduction with photoshop cs6.The trouble is while viewing picture with faststone everything is what i shot(color,saturation contrast) but when i open that picture with camera raw i lose some color saturations and contrast.is there a way to fix it in photoshop?
