New Full Frame anywhere near the Horizon?

I agree with Rondec's comments above, my K-1ii is not failing me in anyway, and I will not trade it in for the new camera either.
There are desirable features in the K-3iii that Pentax have already ported over to the K-1 series like astrotracer 3 which is nice to have.
A joystick, touch screen and enlarged viewfinder on on my like to have list.
I can and have functioned just fine without them so far.
I'm not even very demanding, the Sony 33MP BSI sensor would do fine as well.

No, I'm not aware of any posts. Where would they be?

If it's any of the facebook / instagram locations they pass me by.

Perhaps we need a news section here that interprets them for us?

My point was that a number of staff working a project must show an output at some stage, it would be unusual to just sustain a cost without a payback. Perhaps Ricoh is big enough to do that.

The real question is, do they have standing army to design these things or not, and if they do, what have they been doing all this time?

At this stage in the cycle it is reasonable to ask and it is unfortunate that we have no clues.

Even that film camera is taking an inordinate time to appear and may even miss the market or find it already flooded.

Nice, I assume the weather is kind there as it looks well preserved.
Here in the UK few examples exist anymore. Our councils are cultural vandals that cannot wait to pull these down, as they are probably expensive to maintain.

That sound idealic - *searches Google*.

I cannot abide the BBC in any form now, you can easliy play BS Bingo with every programme, and I won't go near Amazon either. I feel my choices are the healthy ones.

No, but has anything changed?, it has been this way your whole life surely?

You have become more sensitive to it and the volume has increased due to the internet. Even this site is an enabler and you spend time here becoming more enthralled by kit and the results from it - I know I do.

YouTube is pretty bad for it as well, perhaps a digital detox is in order for a short period just to reset and get out more. I am thinking that way as well.

In the end you do have control, you can choose to not consume Netflix / Disney / National radio. Cars are a different game, just buy them young and keep them till they are very old and cost too much to maintain, rinse and repeat.

Superb shot. You have maximised the use of your kit for a fairly rare event, especially with the weather cooperating as it did.

That is an actual beast of a camera, and no need for shake reduction either.

I can't remember if I first saw this channel on here or if the YT algorithm threw it up, but this whole channel is wonderful.
