Cheers, I have also updated the V6ii to latest spec, along with the flash. You might not believe this, but here goes. Silver tape works right, if I look through the view finder it don't??? Have to use live view and keep my head away from camera, work that one out, I can't.

I bought a V6ii and cactus RF 60 flash for my K3. Took ages to get the dam thing to flash. Useing an on camera flash bracket. Turns out the flash don't work if it's to close to the V6ii. Yes I know it has close and distant radio settings and I had it on close. Aluminium tape on the flash gun helps. Part from that had it flashing at 1/2000 at 2.8 in the sun so looks like all ok. Does need a firmware update of there web site. Make sure you select latest one or it takes you back to 200, mine was 202 latest update is 204. Hope this helps someone.

Hello, just a quick one. Cactus flash RF 60 and cactus V6 ii. Will this give me super fast shutter times with flash? Or 2 v6 ii and something like a sigma flash?

Cheers for that, I'll try that test, or like today take my pics and if they need to be altered do it on P.C. I can live with that.

Hi, have been looking for answers for over exposure on sigma 17_50 f2.8. I know Pentax are prone to very slight under ex but this over stuff is a bit naff, goes against all that I have tried to learn over the years. People say it's me, I'm doing something wrong, nope. But what causes random shots, 10 out of about 50, to be totally naff is beyond me. Makes you wonder why you bother getting good cameras??
