I have a Pentax MX which is a SLR film camera. It's quite a nice piece of work. However, when I attach the Pentax winder, it is necessary to remove (unscrew) a cap plate on the bottom of the camera to allow the winder's film advance spindle to engage the film spool so that the film will advance. Upon removal of the winder, the cap plate must be reinstalled (screwed back in) so that light cannot reach the interior of the camera and ruin the film.
I have lost the cap plate! Any advice on how to acquire another such item? Thanks for any help!
Best,
Bill
