Thank you very much for the feedback. I am still waiting for the lens to arrive this week though I will able to test it next week since I will be travelling on the weekend. I will post updates next week.

That is a good advice. Thank you! Looking forward to get one soon. I am already sucked into collecting few old lenses because I am really impressed with the result of the Pentax M 50mm. Oldies but goodies.

Thank you for the warm welcome everyone. I am experimenting at the moment with my newly acquired SMC M 50mm 1.7 lens. Quite tedious to focus the lens. But it makes amazing results!

Hi everyone! This is my first time to own a real camera. I have been using smartphones in taking photos in awhile and I made up my mind just recently to take photography to the next level. My inspiration is my family and especially my son.
