need help in choosing between the 300mm f4 da star and at a later date pentax tele convertor, and the pentax 150-450 I am looking mainly for image quality and low light performance which would you choose and why
I Photograph wildlife mainly

The Brook, formerly called "Lums", flows through a small wooded gorge of Lumsdale Valley and is notable for being the site of six now disused water wheels and three mill ponds - "perhaps the most concentrated evidence of early water power in Great Britain."The power of the stream was harnessed by generations of mills in the valley, operating over several centuries. In now overgrown ruins, Bone Mill can be dated to the 16th century, and was used to grind animal bones for fertiliser.

ive just purchased a mint k5ii for £270 with 1680 shots taken and a 1 year warranty... I think I was lucky

This is probably my favourite image from 2016, on a outing on my friend boat when we startled the heron which took off I particularly like the water droplets dropping from its feet

Hi all i started my photography career years ago(film) and my first dslr was a pentax kx I moved to Nikon for years owning quite a few of there pro/ semi pro cameras... but recently whilst viewing some of my prints ive noticed that a lot of them say 70% are pentax, so ive bought a used kr and a new k3 and once again looking forward to some photography!
