I put this back on the road a couple of months ago. Its still a bit rough around the edges but is great fun. This evening was the first chance I've had to go out get some shots other than those in the garage. It's a Wizard of Rods VW conversion I did back in the 80's (purist look away now:lol:) and was my first car. This is it's latest incarnation after several rears of intermittent work :)

Taken by the new to me 1stDL 2 and Pentax DA 50-200mm.
If I were new to digital SLR's and bought this combination I would have been well pleased with it. As it is I bought the K100D Super which feels like quite an upgrade, mostly because of the SR.

No reds, but some pink in this one:
Sigma f4.5-6.7 100-300mm DL at 100mm
(I'm still exploring how to get the best sharpness with this cheapo
AF lens I picked up as a toy for my Pentax PZ-10 film SLR).
