Hi all!
I'm Chris from Staffs, UK.
I've moved to Pentax from Nikon via Fuji on the promise of the K-1 being more suited for my architectural photography (medieval cathedrals) with my style being detailed, medium contrast, bracketed exposure images. I used to be all mega contrast but I'm not keen on that. I also do a lot of railway photography and the images taken thus far with the K-1 fill me with hope for what I can achieve. The attached images show to me - pleasing colours and tones but I tell you, it's weird for me getting used to an OVF after the EVF of the X-Pro2 but I genuinely enjoy getting back to DSLR photography once more. I'll keep my Fuji for portraits etc or when I'm too lazy to lug the K-1 about :P
Oh and can you spot, in the top image, the thing that makes me really chuffed to have captured it? :D
Anyway, look forward to meeting you all on here and posting images for critique :)
BTW I'd link my Flickr but there's no Pentax contributions.... yet :D
