Oh how nice of you all for welcoming me so wonderfully! I must admit I never had a Pentax, but I love them all the same. I have seen many photos shot by Pentax cameras and Pentax lenses and I am most impressed. Main reason why I use a Fuji X-T1 is because it reminds me so much to a vintage camera, you know, all those knobs. It can take up Pentax lenses too, so later on I might try some of these goodies as well.
Well anyway, I need to explore a bit this site and soon I will be uploading some photos to show off some old chap's dreams (nightmares ;-).

Hello there!
I am an old chap, just retiring, and spending some more time with my vintage lenses.
Early 2016 I joined 500px dot com username vintagelenses, and also on NatGeo profilenumer 1291927 - I hope I am not spamming by mentioning this.
My camera is a Fuji X-T1 with a permament Zhongyi Turbo II on it as to emulate a fullframe camera that I mainly use for short range landscape photography. I am using all my lenses with this configuration. My backup camera is a 10 years old Canon 40D that I mainly use for sports (martial arts) shooting.
My list of vintage lenses changes all the time. They tend to fail, break, walk away on ebay, or stay forgotten.
