I've been having some weird stuff happening like you describe, it's usually related to the smart previews and the previews being out of sync.
I think that Grid view comes from previews rather than what is going on in develop
Try deleting the preview and smart preview and rebuilding them,
Also update the DNG preview from the metadata menu, which will inject the current preview into the DNG file.

Grabbed a £10 80-200mm pentax lens off the ebay to try with the K1
Whilst it is nice to have the extra reach, the image quality was generally appalling. Super soft, either way, I managed to pull a few nice ones out of it (just don't pixel peep)
All edited in lightroom, took advantage of the softness and hazed it up and added a few more god rays

OK, so here goes
Mostly taken with the K1 and the DFA 24-70 and a CPL (as if you couldn't tell)
All edited in Lightroom, with the exception of the carpark, which I used perspective warp to get extra straight and content aware fill to full in some missing bits. Hi there!
Recently jumped ship and bought a K1 in prepartion for my next big trip away : Japan.
Still getting to grips with it's capabilities , but have been taking lots and lots of pictures for practice.
Here is my instagram, where I tend to spend most of my time taking non insta photos EvilBoris (@evilboris) ? Instagram photos and videos |

I swapped my 6D with a 24-105mm F4 out for a K1 with the 24-70mm.
I've been really really pleased so far, the low light blows the 6D out of the water and the sensor stabilisation is fantastic, being able to shoot 2 second shots handheld and get away with it is a really great for someone who is primarily walking around with their camera.
I'd never had anything beyond Canon before and the switch to the pentax has been really painless from a usability point or view, having 2 scroll/click wheels , one for shutter speed and one for aperture is a really welcome upgrade. I really like the other dial that lets you allocate another setting to a 3rd wheel is nice too.
Want a dial specifically for EV compensation, then you've got one. Want a wheel for bracketing, easy. or maybe you just want a dedicated wheel for ISO. That's there too.
There are loads of really nifty settings that I really enjoy which I didn't have before. If you use auto ISO (I don't know if that's frowned upon or not) then being able to set it to prioritise slightly higher ISO or lower slower numbers is nice too.
Likewise being able to prioritise a quick release for autofocus or a more accurate focus lock is great depending on what you are doing is a great new option for me, especially when I'm working in lower light with larger apertures where perhaps focus is a little more critical.
I've just bought an old AF lens on ebay for next to nothing to see how it fairs with the built in image stabilisers, I'm quite excited by that too.

Has anybody else noticed that there is a lot of Vignetting when shooting raw at 2.8?
Well last night I was trying to see if I could come up with a solution to automate the vignetting correction and I noticed that the Lens Correction profile (from adobe camera raw) for the 24-70mm is actually set up for a 1.5 crop factor sensor....
Anyway, I've manually edited the profile and changed it to the correct sensor format and it has really helped.
Obviously, this could be totally wrong, the profile has been made by Ricoh and perhaps they have used it on one of the non FF models? But it does seem very odd considering it was made for the K1 PXK10450 by Instagram : EvilBoris, on Flickr
This is my first attempt. I'm going to do a bit of research and see if I can compare it to the built in Peripheral Illumination correction.

Because of my low light criteria, I've dropped back from a 24-105mm lens to the 24-70 2.8, that has no doubt in part made a big difference.
I looked at my lightroom catalogue and saw that more of my shots were at the wide end rather than the 105mm end.

I just got a K1 as an upgrade to my Canon 6D just last week. Really pleased so far, one of my driving forces behind the purchase was the low light capabilites.
I'm still getting to grips with the camera, but I'm really happy with what I've managed so far.
Here are a selection of bad photos, as I'm just playing around with capabilities. untitled-10276.jpg by Instagram : EvilBoris, on Flickr
Here is an awful photo I took of my cat, but I was just seeing just how poor the lighting could be before I got blue from a slow shutter or ISO noise was painful.
It was so dim I was struggling to see untitled-0029.jpg by Instagram : EvilBoris, on Flickr
Another shot (Handheld I'll add) where I just pointed the camera at the black sky and turned out it wasn't that black. Not fantasic quality this one, by any stretch, but again I couldn't have dreamt of something even as useable as that before. Behind able ot do that handheld is a huge boon to me too. untitled-0020.jpg by Instagram : EvilBoris, on Flickr
This is a quick one I took (handheld!) with a 1.6 second exposure, not only is the sensor great, but the stabilisation works fantastic too. Light trails handheld! untitled-10223.jpg by Instagram : EvilBoris, on Flickr
and a crop to see just how little blur there is untitled-10223.jpg by Instagram : EvilBoris, on Flickr
