You can't disable shutter sound on dslr, its a mechanice device that sounds like that everytime you press the shutter button. :D

HI to all.... i own k100Ds and kit lens (18-55 DA) and now it time to get some tele -lens... i have to choose from Pentax 50-200 for 200euro and Sigma 70-300 MAcro for 150 euro. Personaly i preffer pentax because its small, its 52 mm like the kit (using same filters) and for those 50mm.... What would u suggest to me ? i have just 20 hours to choose ... help me :)

Here is exactly what is my problem. I got two photocells for activating external flashes.
when a preflash hits it activates external flashes and the camera shoots with second flash of a popup. on nikons d40 is the same but when you activate manual flash (not TTL) it works great.

Is there an option on K100d Super to make flash strobe manual without preflash.... and to make power lower like 1/2, 1/4, 1/8. Nikon D40 have this option.
