What is the best way to ship to Europe? I like to use priority mail in the US. It is easy to print the labels and pay on line. Then I just drop the package at the PO when I pick up my mail. You can do this with international priority mail but they force you to use flat rate boxes. The small flat rate box, which will not hold a lens, cost $12.95. The medium flat rate box is ok but the USPS postage rate to Europe is $41.95. This seems like a lot for the extra size box and makes it prohibitive to sell any lower cost items to Europe. Any one got a good suggestion?

SMC Pentax-F Zoom 35-70mm 1:3.5-4.5. I have had this lens through a couple of bodies and it has always performed well. I have used it for a walking around lens but now have 17-70mm for that purpose. SMC Takumar lenses Asking Price
See description Shipping Destinations
United States Item Description
SMC Takumar 1:2/55 $25
SMC Takumar 1:1.8/55 $25
These both are used lenses but seem in good condition. The actuator is snappy and they work. I have the front lens caps but no rear caps. This is the last of my screw mount lenses and they have both been great performers.
The 55/1.8 took the best b&w images I ever made. Are you the original owner of the item being sold?

A nice series of images. It is great to have a location you can return to and keep getting more and better images. I see this as maybe a long term project showing the changes in the location and as a record of your continued improvement. Keep up the good work.

This was taken with a 12-24mm at 12mm so it is somewhat elongated. This was a salmon farm and I think this structure had something to do with returning fish.

This is a nice image, dramatic sky and clouds. It would work better for me with less foreground and the barn less centered. Good looking barn.

This was part of a fish growing operation that went out of business. It is now used by divers as an entrance to the river. It is built to stand up to waves, floods and tides. This is the first HDR image I have posted and would like your comments.

A nice series. Love the b&w and the 50 is great for selective focus. Very good.

I really like the second image. Nice conversion and the windmill grabbed my view and was well supported by the sky and hill. The first image was interesting but i would want to see it with point of focus reversed maybe. Or maybe the post and fence with the barn more out of focus. Just my opinions. John

Like the lights in the first image. The curve really makes the picture.

Here is a shot that I posted before but this forum seems to get more action. I needed a still life photo and this is what I came up with. I would like some comments from anyone familiar with "what is still life" and how this image fits.
Thanks
John
I can't seem to get my image to attach. Please review 'Still Life' in Critique form.

I have a K10D and a DS. I really like my K10D and got it before I had the DS. I wanted a smaller camera to keep in the car most of the time so I would always have a camera. I originally planned on a P&S but the more I looked the more I was drawn to a D, DS or DS2. I settled on the DS because it was newer and more available. It is bigger than the P&S I intended to get but with a small bag it is pretty easy to carry and have available. The DS takes great pictures. I print to 12x18 and have no issues with print quality. I really like the smaller size of the DS but miss the SR sometimes. I plan on keeping both for now.
