Transit: Thank you, K or m42 could be nice, but these lens are too big for my purposes.

barondla + kwb: Thank you, I've just ordered CCTV Tamron 75mm f3.9 from ebay for 30$, Tamron is excelent tip (thanks kwb!). 110/70mm looks very nice also, but Tamron seems to be a little better in resolution and it has the in-lens shutter.

Hi, I am looking for 75-100mm (around 350-450mm in 35mm) C/D/110 mount tele lens for architecture, mainly for long-distance pictures of entire houses (not for shooting details or segments..) Please could you give me any recommendation? The lens should be able to cover the entire Q7 frame, should be sharp across the frame, without soft glow. Is it possible to find anything suitable?
I was searching in Adapted lenses thread, but there aren't many functional links to photos now or there are a lot of low DOF shoots of flowers, where the sharpness cannot be detected in the edges.

Hi kwb, many thanks for your record! It sounds very different in comparsion. My lens is new from Japanesse Amazon, so propably I won't deal with it, if it works.. It is a pity that the quality of the lenses fluctuates in this way.. But I still can't stop enjoying this system. Hope the love isn't blind :-D

Hi, I am attaching the mpeg file with fosucing sound of my new 06 telezoom. Please can the owners of this lense tell me if is this normal? 01&02 are quiet in comparsion, without these "metal sheet" sounds. ..but I'm not experienced in telephoto lenses. The sound can be heard also when focusing manually.
Thank you!

Your favorite Q strap?

I prefer neck straps over the wrist.. because it is so comfortable to change lenses with both hands. Q is so light that it doesn't matter if it stays hanging around the neck, I like it. Original strap is really nice but no longer available.

Hi, original Pentax Q straps O-ST115 or O-ST131 (I can't find the difference..) are sold out. Please, could you tell me what replacement do you use? I am looking for neck straps, I don't know if the width in the place of attaching is same with other straps for DSLR for example.. Thank you!

Nisi P1 square filter system for Use on a Pentax Q

Thank you! Good news.
It's completely another solution (not so elegant), but maybe some gooseneck with a clip could help with holding the filter in the front of 08 lens. Just screw into the tripod thread, the horizont will be adjustable. The filter would have to be moved manually when zooming. On the other hand, it would be easy to take the filter out of the shot.

pacerr: It's about play with camera, I don't enjoy postprocessing much. And I guess the results with filter are more natural than HDR.
kwb: Yes! Thanks.

I have the answer from NiSi, P49 will definitely get vignetting on the 08 at the wide end, but 02 should be ok (Fujifilm X100V uses a 23mm lens and there is no vignetting on that lens with P49).

They recommend me M75 system for both lenses. ..but its very expensive way..

M75 Kits:

Thank you Barondla and 2old4toys!
Cokin A looks nice, but've read some reviews, the quality of filters is not very good..?
P49 could solve it, but I´m not sure ti won't vignette at wide angles with Q7 and 02&08? Its in description.. NiSi P49 49mm Filter Holder for Compact Cameras - NiSi Optics USA Perhaps, the requirement for compact solution is not suitable on this case.

EDIT: I've asked Nisi about the vignetting of P49 on focal lenghts and angles of 02 & 08.

Hi, please could you recommend me any capable soft graduated filter (grey, max. 50$) for 01&02 lens? Any experience? I'd rather prefer something compact in size, diameter 40,5 or 52mm. Thank you!

Hi, please could you recommend me some c-mount or d-mount TELE lens around 25-35mm (not 50mm), that is really sharp and cheaper than 06? Is it possible to find something like this?
Thanks!

Wide angle C mount lenses?

Thanks for your reply. So it sounds that 08 will be nice choice in the future.. I am from Europe, so marketplace isn't very advantageous in terms of price and delivery.

And what do you think about 01 + 0,45x wide angle convertor? I am very curious about barell distortion a loss of sharpness, loss of light..

Hi everybody,
please could you recommend me any sharp C or D wide lens (wider than 5mm), that is useful for architectural photo? 08 is very expensive for me.
Another question - what do you think about using 0,45x convertor with 01 lens? Is it useful?

Please share your photos, shoots from the past disappeared here..
Thanks,
P.
