Thank you so much for your advices. It is true that i have heard about optimal sharpness at F4, F5.6 F8.
As i am not really in the technical stuff, i need to improve my gear knowledge ...
it is when i am feeling i need to learn a bit more about how things work that i open technical books.
i realise that i lose time and that i would make better pictures if i get more into the "science of photography"... i feel i am progessing so ...it is fine for me
I don't get mad if my pictures are not sharp enough :)

Hi all,
i live in Paris and i do photography as a hobby.
My gear : K3 + lens : 18-55, 70, 35, 50 (Pentax), + 70-300 (Tamron)
I mostly take portraits in a studio. I just starded outdoor portrait and i still need to find the good parameters so i get the best sharpness.
i really hope someone can help me here!
