After reading all the posts here and researching for a year I too have ordered the Godox TT350-P. Found a deal on E-Bay for 2 heads w an x-pro trigger for a good price, should get them soon, waiting anxiously!

I think I get your meaning but it was at 300 I was getting soft focus, I am using a K70 which will remember up to 20 lenses. I will try it and see how it goes, not difficult to go back to factory default, thanks for the input.

HI Rita, you may get a lot of info from the k-70 ebook by Yvonn Bourque available on this forum.

What are you looking at getting repaired? I had my K-70 repaired by them for the aperture failure and they sent me back the original part, very satisfied with the service. Sun Camera Service Ltd. - Repair Process |

Of course you could always use the software that came with the camera "PDCU" or Pentax Digital Camera Utility made by Silkipix for Pentax, it too will process RAW although it is no where near as involved as some of the others!
Silkipix also produces some higher valued software for image processing as well. Products | SILKYPIX

I think it helps if you have mountains nearby, more camera stores pop up!

I can't answer for Ricoh, I can only say having used the K-70 since 2016 and suffering from an aperture failure I still think it is a mighty fine camera to own! Not professional grade but close to everything I will ever need in a camera, a big step forward from my first Pentax, an SP1000 back in the 70's oh yeah, screw mount!

Well said Gator, no lack of opinions on should/shouldn't not much on "do".

I don't think the added "reliability " comment was needed, just the fact "it is a low price, entry level" camera and not intended for professional purposes would have sufficed, the K-70 gets a lot of misunderstanding IMHO and probably has a similar failure rate as other brands in this price point.
Just my opinion tho Sandy.

Took the words out of my mouth Mark, I would be more inclined to worry about heat damage and go for replacement of all the gear with salvage rights, sorry for your loss!

Just a note, the repair procedure is well documented by Photogem on the forums, I made a "pdf" file of it and posted on Mediafire if you would like to download it here is the link! K70 Tutorial Repair |

Too bad, I've had mine 3 years and not even 1 broken stitch! I guess it was too good to last and the price was way under the name brands.

Not sure if this is a good place to post this, but I found this review on YouTube for the Helios 44-2 58mm to be very well done! Youtu.be |

I don't see the 16/50 replacing the 18/135, although I do see it as a great walk around to pair with the 18-135!
