I usually shoot with AF-S + Quickshift or manual, but if the camera can constantly refocus even for a millimeter, I guess AF-C can now be used for macro-photography.

I hesitated to post the same thing.
Yeah, I have some paint wear on my K3 III too but none on my K3 mark I.
Something changed and not in a good way :/

The noise doesn't happen with other lenses.
It might be because it's a M one (lack of the aperture?). It'll need more tests.

Hello,
I'm using the v1.70 and I just tried with a Pentax-M 28mm f2.8 lens.
I have the same issue as you.
More than that, my camera was set to ask for the focal length on boot and it didn't asked for it. There was a weird "trembling" noise on boot too.

I have the v1.41 and can charge with a generic charger.
A good physical USB connection is hard to get right though.

Just ordered one. I chose the "European kit" (body + grip + 2nd battery) for 1.799€.

Hello everyone,
I come here sometimes to check information about lenses. Now I am a member :)
I am currently using a K3. I still keep my K7 and just bought today a black MX (2nd version) because I wanted its lense and it was a great deal.
