I understand that you have not completely disassembled the lens, but when you have accessed the aperture blades, you have cleaned them with isopropanol and reassembled.
I would like to try it. But when I watch the videos taking apart the glasses, I get dizzy.

Developer questions

Hello:
My personal experience is similar because I develop a roll of film every two or three months and logically you find yourself with the problem of developer expiration.
The solution for me has been to use Rodinal. I bought a 500 cc bottle of Adox brand online two years ago and I just revealed a roll and like the first day.
There is a huge amount of literature on the web about Rodinal, so it is easy to get an idea of its characteristics

Saludos.

Hello everyone.
New in PentaxForums. A few days ago I discovered this thread dedicated to Zeiss Flektogon 35mm lenses. Originally Posted by manntax.

I suppose he should have bought it between the years 1970-74. I imagine that he had to use it very little because it seems new. The lenses look perfect without marks of any kind. The problem I see is that I guess that due to 45 years of inactivity the shutter mechanism seems a little lazy. At least f 8 it costs to close. The solution at the moment is to turn the opening ring from the maximum opening to minimum quickly so that the inertia closes the sheets and then open to the required opening.
I put some pictures of the lens and and four photos taken with the Flektogon.
Please, who has the opportunity to buy one that does not miss it.
Thanks manntax.

I know it's a pretty old post but I think it's appropriate to remember this solution.

Problems with AA batteries seem to be common with Pentax models that use this energy system. I read some time ago in a Pentaxforums post that when some new lithium batteries did not even turn on the camera, you had to "wake them up". For example putting them in a flash and doing a couple of shots of the flash. I use this system and when I put them in the camera, it turns on normally and the batteries perform their normal life cycle.
