The first is well done: good framing and exposure. The second has a bit too much black "without sense" for me: a vertical framing of the lone path had be better. In the third, sorry but I don't see nothing interesting.

I like the first shot a lot - the framing is nice and also you've managed to capture interesting shadows.

For the b/w, I'd bump up the contrast a bit, but then, I like contrast. :)

No, it is a very nice shot! It almost looks like the pirate in the background has a misshapen hook for a hand until you look closer and see it is the hot iron for firing.

I just got my K1 and took my first Moonshot using my legacy M*300mm lens. I’d post it, but it is just like yours! My reaction was identical to yours, too. I liked the results! Fun, isn’t it?

The fuzzy portion you see (bottom, right) is where there used to be a chain-link fence. I'm not all that good using PS!
