I sent my K-50 to them for repair 5 weeks ago. By this time, my camera was only taking severely underexposed pictures. They had my camera ready in a week and it’s been working normally so far.

I seem to be in a minority. Both as a Pentax shooter, and as Pentax shooter in a younger age bracket.
