This is what totality looked like in Granbury, Texas.

I waited until it was completely dark and I could see no shadows. Then I used live view to take a quick shot. Slightly cropped.

Edit: after looking at it, I realize I made lot's of mistakes, both in the camera settings and in PP. I'll do better next time.

I have a new interest in your photos since I have recently discovered "perspective" in reference to my dfa21 photos. I never noticed the problem before. You seem to have it perfectly under control. Thanks for posting.
